This portable keyboard is the same size and footprint as a full-sized PC keyboard and includes the traditional large shift and backspace keys. Designed specifically to work with the BlackBerry, the keyboard has more dedicated BlackBerry function keys (25) than similar Bluetooth devices which were designed for multiple platforms. It also features a built-in rechargeable lithium ion battery. Because the device is directly connected to the BlackBerry, the setup and operation of the keyboard is simpler and more reliable and inherently more secure than Bluetooth enabled keyboards.
