Overall impression
The USB cord is short, so using the AC plug adapter is an issue; most AC outlets are further away than the cord will reach. Plugging the BB into the cradle requires a sideways connection that is not especially quick.

Quality was good, although not what I had in mind. Im used to charging cradles having metal contact points, which connect by simply dropping the unit in instead of USB minis, which need a certain amount of pressure and alignment. The separate battery charging port was OK. In my mind, the ideal combination would be a drop in contact cradle with an auxiliary battery charging slot, all in one unit.

Works great!
I bought this item for my wife and she loves it. Now, she has an alarm clock on her side of the bed and her phone is charged when she leaves in the morning. And if she forgot to put her phone on the charger, she can take the extra battery that was on the charger and is all charged up and ready to go.

Good cradle
The unit easily hooks into any USB ports in your computer and the Blackberry easily slides into the cradle. A little difficulty getting it out, but it works fine.

not impressed
The cradle works like it supposed to my phone slides in nicely syncs,and is quite easy to use in this position. The base could be a little heavier. The extra battery charger however doesnt make contact with the pins to charge it unless your a bit of tinker. And once in the right position they dont stay. always have to fiddle with it to make it work.
