I love it!!! It works great and makes my life easier.

I love this producr. It makes it easy and convenient for me to work on things away from my laptop or desktop as I always have my phone with me.

This is a good device, with a nice “touch” to it. It’s easy enough to set up, despite the
limited documentation that comes with it (just use your Bberry to go to the web site
and download the drivers that make it work. Done deal!).
One big problem, however: the shipping cost. EACCESS Solutions refused to sell me
this keyboard UNLESS and UNTIL I set up an account with FedEx. Today, I found out why. The FedEx bill turned up: $91.69 – almost as much as the price of the keyboard itself!
I have no beef with FedEx. They are good at what they do.
This post is to warn you that there are some hidden (and potentially significant) charges associated with buying this device and EACCESS Solutions does not say that up front.

Perfect Size & Functionality

The Freedom Pro was just what I needed. I wanted a wireless keyboard to use with my Blackberry Playbook that is as near a full keyboard as possible, yet compact enough to carry easily in my bag. The Freedome Pro easily satisfies both of those requirements. Additionally, there is no discernible lag time between character input and appearance on screen. This is a very good and functional product at a great price.

Keyboard Limitation With Blackberry

If you want to do any typing / texting on your Blackberry this keyboard is a great device. If you want to use the keypad to make phone calls, if you are using a Blackberry, you cannot do so. This is supposedly a blackberry security issue. Not sure if this is an issue on any other phone devices. This was a disappointment for me so I will have to use the voice dialing Blackberry feature instead. If you set this up as you left or right convenience key on the Blackberry you can initiate it from the Freedom keyboard but all number entries need to be done from the Blackberry keyboard. The green and red phone icons on the keyboard only allow you to answer and hang up a call.

Instruction manual

The instructions to connect the key board are not very clear.
It took more than 3 hours to get the system working.

Mostly OK

This keyboard does most of what Id hoped it would. It is, however, not without its glitches. The worst issue is that in certain instances, the enter key does not work, requiring that I manually hit enter on my Blackberry. However, Im glad I bought it because it makes texting and emailing SO much easier than thumb-typing.

Took some time to set up, but well worth the price.
